Teresia has a proven track record of delivering successful IT solutions, improving operational efficiency, and reducing system implementation costs. She is a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) and a Certified Professional Mediator with Practice, further demonstrating her exceptional communication and conflict-resolution skills.

Maggie is a Business Analyst whose expertise spans a diverse array of IT disciplines, ranging from Business Analysis and Data Analytics to Service Management and Digital Transformation. Her dedication to data-driven solutions drives her to excel in extracting actionable insights and optimizing processes to foster efficiency and innovation. Her vision is to elevate the practice of business analysis by championing best practices and fostering knowledge sharing within the professional community.

Judy  Njeru

Judy is a business analyst with a software development background. She is a highly accomplished, innovative and team-spirited professional with several years of experience in Business Analysis in the Banking and Aviation industry. Judy obtained her Agile Analysis Certification (IIBA®-AAC) in March 2021 and her Certified Business Analysis Professional™ (CBAP®) certification in June 2022. She would like to raise the quality of business analysis professionals in the country and beyond, as well as to provide a place where they can network with each other and with potential employers.

Linda Gluche

Linda has spearheaded digital transformation strategies across diverse industries. Her expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) has led to successful AI integrations across diverse industries, including aerospace, healthcare, education, manufacturing automation, and environmental sustainability.

In this capacity, she heads the IIBA Technology Strategy roadmap and champions the integration of AI and data analytics within Kenyan business analysis practices.  Her efforts are instrumental in equipping Kenyan business analysts with the skills needed to excel in today's data-driven world. Her dedication extends beyond professional pursuits, with active involvement in volunteer organizations focused on AI for social impact and community service.

As a recognized leader in the field, Linda is affiliated with prestigious organizations like IEEE and AAAI.  Her unwavering commitment to driving positive change through technology continues to inspire and empower individuals and organizations alike.
